Our 7-Day Promise

We back every reading and guide with a 7-day promise. If your reading is not what you hoped for, reply within 7 days of delivery and we will redo it for you or refund you. Just email support with your order email and product name.

When We Can Help

If the reading cannot be prepared, the wrong product is delivered, your private link does not work, or the order cannot be accessed, contact support and we will make it right.

Personalized Readings

Personalized reports are prepared from the details you submit. If the birth details were entered incorrectly, contact us within 7 days and we will re-run the reading with the corrected information.
